All brand names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Shopsays does not claim any legal interest in trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property, other than its own.
Content provided on this Site is solely for informational purposes, and product representations are those of the vendor/ manufacturer.
Unless otherwise indicated, all of our materials, including images, illustration, photographs, video clips, written and other materials that are part of this Site, in short "Contents of the Site" are not allowed to be re-used without prior written consent from Shopsays.
Product Information
We are unable to guarantee that all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on your monitor as that will depend on the user monitor.
Color of products may vary due to studio lighting /monitor. Please allow 15% color variation from actual products. Color may sometimes appear darker or lighter. Exchange request due to this reason will be charged an admin fee of RM 5 per item, exclude actual postage fee.
Please allow a measurement difference of 1-3cm due to manual measurement/ stretchable material. For apparels, do check your measurements against the size chart provided for best fit. It is also advisable to get the bigger size if in between sizes. If you need help, please do not hesitate to email us your stats for advice.
Order and Payment
Your order is not guaranteed available until you have made the full payment via our accepted payment method that you have chosen. The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing order, we reserves the right to cancel the transaction. We hope that you can make the necessary payment once you have placed an order for us to allocate the item for you and arrange for the delivery.
Order will only be considered complete upon Shopsays issuing a confirmation of dispatch of the Goods to the Buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, Shopsays shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons to the Buyer prior to issuance of confirmation of dispatch.
Prices and Shipping Fee
Prices advertised on our website is inclusive of courier fee within West Malaysia (WM). The courier service company will be chosen by us based on the reliability of each, and subject to change from time to time.
For delivery to East Malaysia (WM), we have a small fee charged by the courier service company as below;
Courier fee to East Malaysia;
RM 8 for below 1 kg or volumetric size whichever is higher
RM 10 for between 1.1 to 1.5 kg or volumetric size whichever is higher
RM 15 for between 1.6 to 2kg or volumetric size whichever is higher
For bigger bulk purchases or international shipping, please email to admin@shopsays.com to get an accurate amount
Kindly note that we do not profit from shipping fee charged
For delivery to EM, you will receive a payment invoice after order together with 'estimated' shipping cost. This will be subject to the actual shipping costs ,which is dependant on the weight or volumetric size, whichever is higher. As such, we reserves the right to revise the shipping fees accordingly if it is required, and will inform you via email/ phone of the charges before we dispatch the order. Once the charges is accepted by you, we will then issue a new invoice via email.

Delivery Time Frame
We aim to ship out your order within 48 business hours after payment cleared. Please note that courier service company may take 1-3 working days to reach you, depending on location.
Newsletter
User shall agree that Shopsays may send promotional/ newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user. There is an option to opt out of such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of the promotional email.
User Submissions
Anything that you submitted and/or provided to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, feedback, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will remain our sole and exclusive property. You shall also grant us the right to use the comment, review, or any other content together with the name that you submitted.
You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submission. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Shopsays, its affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attoneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of this Site.

Shopsays does not make any representation regarding the content, safety, reliability or accuracy of other websites or content of such other websites referenced from this site.

This agreement is effective, until terminated by either the Customer or Shopsays.com at any time. Shopsays may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate this agreement and revokes your access to this Site, if you are unable to comply with the Terms and Conditions listed above, or due to any reason.

The Free gifts is not eligible for exchange or refund.
