Exchange & Refund Policy

5 days return & exchange Policy

Shopsays.com provides exchanges for items to due to defect/ mismatched order (wrong size/item/type/etc) within 5 days of goods received. We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.

All that we ask is that the product is...

  • not used/ worn/ washed/ altered etc
  • in the same original condition when you received it
  • in the original box and / or packaging
  • Label/ tag intact
  • Item bought under 'Special Promotion/ Clearance' is not eligible for return and exchange

If the item is out of stock, you may exchange to another item of similar value, or we will refund the purchase price (exclude any shipping fees if applicable).

 

Return & exchange procedures

Please request for exchange by emailing us at admin@shopsays.com within 5 days from the date order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

  • Order no:
  • Contact no:
  • Product to return & exchange:
  • Reason for return & exchange (so that we can improve):

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 2 business days for further instructions. Do let us know the item you like to have exchanged.

Customers have to cover the return postage fee to us (using a standard courier shipping method), except in circumstances where we send the wrong/ defective item to you. If the fault is on us, then we will bear all the return shipping costs.

Customers must provide the tracking number to us once the parcel has been shipped via e-mail, and the item has to reach us latest within 14 days of return/ exchange request. It will be the Buyer responsibility to ensure the returned goods reached us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your request will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the exchange.

Shopsays will not be liable should you purchase the goods from our resellers.

Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email admin@shopsays.com first so that we can provide you with complete return procedures.

Important:

* Color of products may vary due to studio lighting /monitor. Please allow 15% color variation from actual products. Color may sometimes appear darker or lighter. Exchange request due to this reason will be charged an admin fee of RM 5 per item + postage fee

* Please allow a measurement difference of 1-3cm due to manual measurement/ stretchable material. Do check your measurements against the size chart provided for best fit. It is also advisable to get the bigger size if in between sizes. If you need help, please do not hesitate to email us your stats for advice.
